All Duralee Fine Furniture, Inc. is made to the exacting specifications referenced and to the highest
quality industry standards.
All fully upholstered items are constructed utilizing 5/4 kiln dried hardwood frames that have individually
placed eight-way hand tied coil seat construction. Bases utilize interlaced webbing and/or steel bands
added for added support. All fully upholstered and exposed wood seating selections have double doweled,
glued and screwed reinforced or webbing corner blocks. A few select lounge and dining chair frames will
have fixed seats with sinuous springs when eight way hand tied is not applicable.
Upholstered backs have continuous wire spring applications for superior support and comfort when the
finest marshall units are not used. Arms are constructed with polypropylene and blended cotton covering
the inside and outside of the arm for added shape and strength. Polypropylene covers all back and seat
springs for added support and stability. Cotton blend insulator covers the polypropylene seat and back
springs for added support and stability. Edge roll construction is utilized on arms and seats, when style
dictates, to give added quality, appearance and shape.
All legs are created as an integral part of the frame when applicable. Legs on certain fully upholstered
items are screwed in with reinforcing lag bolts for added stability. Each leg, for any skirted item, is manufactured
with levelers for height adjustments based on carpet or flooring adaptation. Nylon glides are
standard on all legs.
All exposed wood dining chairs, bar stools, beds and benches are made of select solid maple, alder or beech
and utilize the same materials and construction techniques as our fully upholstered items: corner blocked,
double doweled with screws and glue. Nylon glides are standard on all legs.
All tables are made of premium kiln dried hardwoods and premium veneers. All joints are double doweled
with reinforced corner blocks. All drawers are dovetail construction with high quality enamel coated, side
mounted metal glides. All drawers have a clear coat finish. Nylon glides are standard on all legs.
UPHOLSTERY DETAILS:
All loose seat cushions are reversible and zippered.
All loose seat cushions are secured with tie down straps from back and front.
All skirts have mitered corners and are lined. All bases under the skirts are fully upholstered.
All skirts are measure to within a fraction of the end of the leg and have levelers for adjustment.
All upholstery items are standard with self-deck applications unless fabric type is thick chenille, velvet and leather, or the purchaser chooses not to apply a fabric in this manner.
All welts are cut on the bias except for plaids and stripes which are cut as "match" welts.
All patterns are 4-way matched on all aspects of the fully upholstered item.

As indicated on individual catalog pages and in the price list, many sofa styles are available in loveseat, chaise and sectional configurations. For chaises, either a left or right facing arm is available in addition to a two-arm chaise at the same price. All sectionals will require a factory shop drawing for purchaser’s confirmation. All sectionals have locking mechanisms for the individual pieces. Many sectionals are available with sleepers in the sofa section. CUSTOM SIZES ARE AVAILABLE.

As indicated on individual catalog pages and in the price list, certain sofa styles and within select sectional configurations, sleep sofas are available. Sleeper unit mechanisms are available in queen or double sizes only and may slightly alter the aesthetic appearance and comfort of the sofa to which they are applied. Queen and double sleep sofas are the same price. All sleeper sofas have:
Leggett and Platt mechanisms with a tubular perimeter, axel rivet design, streamlined
side profiles, recessed crossties, sleep support cross-wires, tandem mattress
retainers, advanced deck materials, dual tubular legs, memory flex seat support,
and advanced linkage design.
• All sleeper mechanisms carry the manufacturers limited warranty.
• All mattresses are 75" long with a 5" inch innerspring construction (312 coils-13 gauge).
• All mattress covers and borders are quilted to a urethane heavy backing foam.
• All mattresses have a 2 ounce enduralator pad at the top and bottom along
with a 1/2" urethane foam topper.
• All mattress have a one year non pro-rated and a ten year limited warranty.
• New air dream mattress is available - (See Options-Additional Pricing section)
DFF reserves the right to substitute a sleeper mechanism, and mattress to another of equal quality, if the supply source should change or availability is limited.

As indicated on individual catalog pages, complete beds or headboards only are available from the selection. When a complete bed is shown and a headboard only is required, the cost is reduced by 40%
of the complete bed price. All headboard only orders are available with wall mounting cleats only. There
are no legs available to attach to metal bed frames due to the variance of frames and mattress/box spring
combinations. Orders for complete beds cannot be processed until all the mattress and box spring sizes
are supplied to DFF. In addition, a floor to top of mattress dimension must also be supplied from the
purchaser. Upholstered bed frames are made to accommodate a mattress and box spring in combination,
with the box spring sitting within the side rails. Complete beds are shipped in sections and require minor
assembly. CUSTOM SIZES ARE AVAILABLE.

As indicated on individual catalog pages, benches are available in a variety of styles and options. Select items have storage capacity and the top section can be lined with the COM by adding 2.5
more yards. Most benches are offered in two standard sizes.

As indicated on individual catalog pages, most dining chairs are available as arm
chairs and side chairs. The critical dimension of the arm height must be considered when using these
chairs in conjunction with a dining table that has an apron. All DFF dining chairs with arms fit under
DFF dining tables with aprons.
There are no custom sizing options available on dining chairs unless contract quantities are required.

arms. Barstools are available in either 24" or 30" seat heights and must be specified on the order.

As indicated on individual catalog pages, most tables are available in two standard sizes. All tables come with a protective top coat and the finish of the top coat, as in all items with finish
requirements, must be specified in either satin or semi gloss.

All available wood finishes are referenced on separate charts in this
section. Custom finishes to match the purchaser's sample are available and have an applicable up charge
(a sample for approval is included in the price). Two finishes applied to the same item are available and
have an applicable up-charge. A diagram from the purchaser is required indicating placement of finishes
on all two toned items. All finishes can be distressed, either with light, medium or heavy applications for
an additional up-charge. All finishes are available in a satin or semi gloss top coat. All wood items have
lacquered protective top coat applications. All wood stain are aniline dyed and are applied in a six step
process. All crackle or leaf finishes (Premium and Premium Plus) are applied in a nine step process.
Actual grain and textures may vary due to the nature of the wood used and the finish color may vary
slightly due to the natural wood grain or color. All wood finishes, even if needed "as shown" with upgraded
applications, must be specified.

Items shown with nail heads are priced with nail heads. Placement of nail heads is
up to the purchaser and a copy of the photo, highlighted with the location of the nail heads, is recommended.
The two sizes shown on the chart are the same price. Nail heads should be considered
when using leather. The nail head chart are located in the Nail Heads section of the catalog.

As indicated on the individual catalog pages, certain items either come with legs standard, or are available with a change from “as shown” to a leg. Legs are solid maple and are available in all the standard wood finishes referenced on the wood finish charts. Some legs are interchangeable on certain styles and our office should be contacted about any desired leg changes.

As indicated on individual catalog pages, select items come standard with throw or kidney pillows (only when noted) and have the same fill as the sofa selected. All pillows, the style, size and fill, can be selected from the following examples.
Pillows are standard with a self-welt or knife-edge and are zippered. Pillow fills are available in Luxury, Premium and Feather & Down fills.
