Freight is calculated based on shipping to a receiving warehouse or, upon request, for in-home delivery service. It is our goal to pass along our outstanding freight arrangements to our customers and not have high freight rates become a factor when ordering Duralee Fine Furniture.

Freight costs are prepaid and appear on the sales order acknowledgement and invoice or we can ship freight collect. Please be reminded that delivery can run from 1-10 business days from the release of the order and shipping times are based on the ship to location. All items are cartoned prior to shipping and included in the price of the item. Our office can track all freight in transit that is prepaid and billed by DFF. Please review the section of the price list that references delivery and claims for additional rules and regulations that apply.

If the calculated freight rate, based on the total cubic feet of the item(s), does not exceed the minimum charge, then the minimum will apply. Minimums are not excessive, but do vary based on the item and ship to location. Freight rates do not appear on quotations, only on the sales order acknowledgements and invoices. If a freight rate is required, contact our office prior to the quote or order entry.

DFF prepays and bills freight as a service for the purchaser. Purchasers can select their own carriers. Carriers other than those offered by DFF must appear on the purchaser's order with the carriers name, address, contact and phone number. DFF takes no responsibility for tracking other carriers shipments or assistance in any freight related claims.

Freight rates are subject to change due to carrier price changes and fuel surcharges.
