Duralee Fine Furniture® offers an array of Standard nine step finishes at no charge. Eleven step Premium Crackle finishes are available to any item for an up charge of 15% of the retail price. If only legs or feet of a fully upholstered item are being done, then a 5% retail up charge applies. Leaf finishes may also be applied to most items at a 60% up charge of the item retail price, and 10% for exposed legs or feet on fully upholstered items. Leaf detailing to carved items will be quoted on an as required basis. Custom match finishes are also available to any item. A ‘strike off’ can be ordered of your sample for a charge of $75. The custom match up charge can range from 20% -50% depending on the complexity of the finish. To use two standard finishes in combination, the upcharge is 20% of the item retail price.
Interior components of our fully upholstered frames are kiln dried hardwoods of mostly maple. Exposed items are domestic maple or European beechwood.
Due to wood variations, actual finishes may vary slightly.
All Premium finishes, applied to a select series of items only,
have upcharges - options - additional pricing.
