Arm Covers are optional for most styles. Arm covers are priced at $85 per pair and require an additional 1.5 yards plain 54” goods.

SKIRT HEIGHTS
As a standard, we finish our skirts 1/2” from the floor. All of our skirted items will have levelers that can be easily adjusted for a desired height from the floor. If a specific height is desired from the floor, please note it on your original purchase order.

SKIRT & BASE OPTIONS
Optional skirt and base treatments can usually be applied in place of the standard treatment shown on the item. Please find the pricing and additional yardage requirements below. To add a skirt to a non-skirted item, double the up charges below and add one half yard of fabric per skirt panel.

3. Kick Pleat, Standard 8.5”:   +5% of retail price   +5% fabric

7. Closed Box Pleat:   +15% of retail price   +10% fabric

SWIVELS
Most skirted chairs can accept an optional swivel mechanism. DFF® offers both a regular or memory swivel that will return to its original position. The up charge for either unit is $225. We must have the desired skirt height from a solid surface floor, as once the mechanism is secured, it is difficult and costly to adjust on site. Swivels should be limited to chairs not more than 34” in width for stability reasons.
